Service & Maintenance

Maintenance is a very important part of any life safety system, to ensure that the PA/VA system meets with legislation and provides the required level of assurance to your client, the VA system should be maintained at least twice per annum.

The system shall be checked for:-

Speaker circuit integrity - Impedance measurements and test

Battery component check and test operation

Amplification check and test

Control equipment check and test

Fire interface check and test

Ancillary Interface check and test

Whilst this list is not exhaustive, it is an indicator of the type of maintenance that should be undertaken on life safety systems, as well as the regular client weekly testing, then any problems or operational issues will be reported locally.

We can provide maintenance and service calls to assess or repair problems on most manufacturers PA/VA and professional sound equipment.

ETA Service

ETASound are able to provide on site service facilities for most manufactures of sound equipment.

 

ETASound  provide loudspeaker fault finding and equipment repair for your installed Sound or Voice Alarm system. Qualified engineers will attend your site at an agreed appointment time to assess and report / repair the problem.
